I was contacted by Luminus Agency to scan, model, texture, light and animate multiple wooden boards for their client, Thermory USA. Luminus was building a new website and had the keen idea to add a 3D interactive portion for contractors to interact with Thermory's products. I modeled and UV mapped roughly 12-16 boards and scanned and processed textures based on wooden samples provided. I then produced a series of lit product shots for the website as well as baked light maps for the 3D interactive portion.
I was also asked to make a series of explainer videos and a a stylized spiral board video.
THE END RESULT
The work paid off as Thermory's online presence has become a dominant force in their industry. Not to mention we all won award for the work on the site.
